Finding FairWays is a student-led golf program that provides underprivileged middle school students with direct access to the sport. Through our relationship with a local golf course, we offer equipment, instruction, and regular course access at no cost. High school students lead sessions focused on basic skills, a supportive environment, and making the game enjoyable for new players. Our mission is straightforward: grow the game by opening the door for students who otherwise wouldn’t have the chance to play.
Who we are
Golf access for all
From the founder
“Finding FairWays was built to address a clear gap in access to the game of golf. I created this program after realizing that many students in our community didn’t have the same opportunities in golf that I did. To address that gap, I built partnerships with our local course, secured the necessary grant funding, and organized a structure that allows the program to run consistently. Varsity golf team members serve as mentors, providing basic instruction, equipment support, and supervised course access. My goal was to establish a straightforward, reliable way for middle school students to experience the game and to help grow a sport I’ve always valued.’
